- Eligibility
Only persons aged 18 and over with unlimited legal capacity as well as legal entities are entitled to use this Service.
- Ticket Verification and Sale
Sellers must legally own the tickets they offer and ensure tickets are valid.
Tickets must be transferred directly to webuytickets.co.uk through account-to-account transfer, where applicable, using recognised digital transfer methods facilitated by primary ticketing platforms. Alternatively, tickets can be provided as a PDF where the ticket’s name matches the seller’s identification documents and booking confirmation details.
Users are obliged to provide correct and complete information during the transaction process. Users must not pretend to be a different person, use a name which they are not entitled to use, or infringe third-party rights in any other way.

webuytickets.co.uk may withdraw any offer for the purchase of tickets at any point until the transfer of tickets is complete and all required verifications, including ID and booking confirmation checks, have been satisfactorily conducted. This ensures that all transactions meet our standards for legitimacy and security.
In the event that an offer is withdrawn, sellers will be notified promptly, and any preliminary transactions will be voided, ensuring no commitments are made without full verification.
- Funds Release Policy
Instant Release: Funds are released instantly for tickets transferred via account-to-account and for PDF tickets once the verification process confirms the booking confirmation, ID, and PDF ticket all match.
Deferred Release: For all other tickets, funds are released 3-5 business days after the event has taken place to ensure there were no issues with the ticket at the event.

Additionally, the seller will incur a penalty that includes any additional costs incurred by webuytickets.co.uk to replace the ticket, plus 30% of the original quoted price. This penalty covers administrative fees and the costs associated with replacing the ticket. Payments due under this clause must be settled within 10 business days of the claim.
