We aim to provide you with an instant quote as soon as you submit your ticket details. The faster you fill out the submission form, the quicker you'll receive your quote.
The 'Sell Instantly' service is available for mobile, transferrable, and verifiable tickets. If your ticket doesn't meet these criteria, you can still sell it to us, but payment will be issued after the event has occurred and the ticket's validity is confirmed.
For verifiable tickets, you'll receive immediate payment as soon as we confirm the ticket's authenticity. For non-verifiable tickets, payment will be issued after the event and successful validation of the ticket.
You're free to change your mind at any point before transferring your tickets to us. Once the tickets are transferred, we consider that as your agreement to sell at the quoted price, and no further action is required on your part.
If the event is cancelled and the original tickets are refunded, we will also process a refund for you. If the event is rescheduled and the tickets sold to us remain valid for the new date, no further action is required on your part.
